Holwicks in the Wind River Wilderness, Wyoming, 2003, page 3

Down to the left is Arrowhead Lake.

This is our campsite.  Sarah is basically perched on a cliff.  The grass barely covers very sharp rocks.  David realized this and strategically placed his sleeping bag on the comfortable area.

Our little three-man tent held all five of us very snuggly.

Everyone is smiling for the camera.

This is a huge thunderstorm rolling in over the Cirque.  The tent was blown down into our faces and it was a very exciting night - one of those "bonding experiences" you are supposed to get when you camp as a family.

As soon as it started, it was all over and we were treated to this gorgeous sunset seen through the window in our still-standing tent.  I am thankful for fiberglass poles.
