Introduction

Kerux2010   Sermon Illustration Database

This is the first 64-bit version of the Kerux sermon illustration database.   It contains the same illustrations and sermons as the older versions while adding powerful new features on how to search, edit and export them.

With the Kerux system you can add your own sermons and illustrations, do rapid searches across tens of thousands of records, copy relevant material into the Windows Clipboard, and note when and where you used individual records.

This database should be able to be used on any Windows-based computer.  It has been programmed by means of Microsoft Access 2010 but it does not require that program to operate.  (Those who own MS Access 2007, 2010, 2013, or 2016 will be able to use special features and make changes to the code of the database, however.)

This help file has been programmed into the database.  Many fields have context-sensitive help - just put your mouse cursor in the field and press the F1 key.  The help file must be put in the same directory as the database.

Within the help file, bold blue items highlight the main themes.  Underlined bold blue words link to other pages of the help file.
