The database screen has many shortcuts to aid you in moving around the program efficiently.
1. The Ribbon has buttons for sorting, filtering and formatting text.
2. The Tabbed Menu shows all the open forms. Click on a tab and that form will open up. If you close a form, that tab disappears. By leaving forms open and using the Tabbed Menu you can zip back and forth between features of the database.
3. The Menu Bar gives shortcuts to primary functions on the Main Menu, like searching or adding new records.
4. The Record Menu shows the layers of each record (illustration or sermon). The front layer has the main record. Below that is the Details page with data on how, when and where you have used this record. The Cross-reference page and Attachments are further down.
