Shortcuts can be real time savers. Here is an example of shortcuts used by Rev. Holwick. In the first column are abbreviations and the second column has the full text they represent. When the abbreviations are typed in the Resources form, the Full Text is automatically written out.
Note that the shortcut must represent the entire field - it will not work within a larger entry.
