Forms

Your window into the contents of the database will be through a variety of forms.  (The data tables, which contain the raw words and references in each record, look like large spreadsheets with only a few words visible for each field.)

Many of the forms have multiple layers.  This section explains the layout of most of the forms and their layers.

• Main Menu - key utilities are displayed here
• Resources form - the form you will do most of your work on
•        Detailed - the standard version
•        Simple - a stripped-down version that shows more text
• Details page - where you put notes on how and when you used a record
• Cross references - where you can associate this record with similar ones
• Attachments - where you attachment external files to a record
• Flash screen - the brief opening screen with the Bible image
